FOSTERCAREAWARENESS365 will Tithe forward to โ€œHalf A Million Kidsโ€, a 501c3 charity who is actively making a tremendous difference for the over 500,000 kids that are in the Foster Care System in the United States. Many of these kids remain in the system and never find families or eventually age out of the system and become homeless and poor. My hope is to make a small difference for the Foster kids and adults who have been forced to deal with the unfortunate circumstances that life has dealt them. The Bible refers to Foster Kids as โ€œThe Fatherlessโ€ and groups them with โ€œthe Widowsโ€. They are people who have no families or relatives to count on for love and support during their lives and GOD wants us to take care of them. He wants us to not forget them and include them during our community celebrations and holidays. We are to invite them into our lives and through taking care of them, GOD promises to bless us.

Deuteronomy 14:29 (KJV) โ€œAnd the Levite, and the stranger, and the fatherless, and the widow, which are within thy gates, shall come, and shall eat and be satisfied; that the LORD thy God may bless thee in all the work of thine hand which thou doest.โ€

Lamentations 5:3 (KJV) โ€œWe are orphans and fatherless, our mothers are as widows.โ€
