Foster Care Anthem VOL 1 is available for mission-aligned organizations under a Limited Awareness License designed to support:

Limited Awareness Use (No Fee)

Organizations may request approval for:

  2. Community events
  3. Educational content
  4. Non-monetized awareness videos

Licensing Structure

To preserve artistic integrity while encouraging mission-aligned use,

TIER 1

Limited Awareness License

(Non-Commercial)

Free use for mission-aligned awareness efforts. Designed to encourage organic, mission-aligned usage.

 

Fee:

No fee for approved Limited Awareness use.

Written confirmation required prior to use.

 

Permitted Use:

  • Organic social media posts (Instagram, Facebook, LinkedIn, TikTok, YouTube organic)
  • Live awareness events (non-ticketed)
  • Internal presentations
  • Educational settings
  • Community awareness videos

Restrictions:

  • No paid advertising or boosted posts
  • No political fundraising ads
  • No broadcast or OTT use
  • No national paid campaigns
  • No sublicensing
  • No alteration of lyrics or composition
  • No derivative works
  • No monetized use tied to ad revenue

  • Exclusive campaign alignment

Terms include:

  • Sync fee or negotiated consideration
  • Master + publishing clearance

TIER 3

Custom Derivative & Co-Branded Works

For co-branded campaigns, custom edits, or derivative works. Available upon request.

Includes:

  • Lyric adaptation
  • Custom brand integration
  • Campaign-specific edits
  • Alternate production versions

Ownership structure defined per agreement.

Original composition ownership remains protected unless otherwise agreed in writing.
